Ah! Thank you for joining me on this crazy ride. I’ve toyed around with this idea for quite some time and finally decided to bite the bullet and put myself out there.  I’ve always enjoyed writing; perhaps it runs in my blood – my mother was an English teacher for over 30 years; in fact, I took her journalism class for three years in high school and was the yearbook editor.  Both of my sisters were journalism majors in college and my brother-in-law is my storytelling / writing idol. I spend my days playing lawyer: writing legal briefs, memorandums, and nasty-grams to opposing counsel and wanted a more fun place to jot down all the things that I find interesting.  However, my writing career may very well have peaked in 7th grade when I won a state writing contest for “What Patriotism Means to Me.” In that case, my apologies to all of you in advance . xo
